Gary has enjoyed a 30-plus-year career in aviation, with roles in maintenance, engineering, product support, sales, marketing, and executive leadership. He started his career with an airline MRO in the UK, and joined Aviation Partners in an engineering and installation support role after moving to the U.S. in the 1990s. Moving into sales and marketing in 2001, he oversaw the introduction of every business jet Blended Winglet program that followed the Gulfstream II, and became company President in 2020. Gary was named a Sustainability Power Player by Corporate Jet Investor in 2022, is involved in numerous industry organizations, and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS).
Robert has been integral to Aviation Partners’ sales for more than 20 years. He is a graduate of Canadore College (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering) and Sheridan College (Quality Assurance Management). Prior to his time at Aviation Partners, he held operations and engineering roles at an airline in Canada, followed by OEM customer support and MRO sales roles in the U.S. Robert is based in Maine and is responsible for Falcon and Hawker winglet sales throughout the Americas.
Sameer is a University of North Dakota Aviation Management and Economics graduate, and holds a Commercial Pilot License with instrument and multi-engine ratings. Prior to joining Aviation Partners in 2024 he was a pilot instructor teaching systems for a regional airline, and co-founder of a boutique aircraft management company. In addition to working with potential Falcon and Hawker winglet clients, he oversees Aviation Partners’ marketing and social media initiatives.
With over 40 years of aviation experience, Mike brings a deep commitment to process excellence. His career with Seattle-area aerospace manufacturers spans the full spectrum of advanced composites and metals manufacturing – from detail part design and development to complete structural assemblies. He has led FAA compliance and certification, advancing lean manufacturing efforts, and implementing sustainable corrective action programs. Mike is responsible for Aviation Partners’ vendor relations, installation coordination, and after sales spares and support.
